Introduction: This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Central Florida Trailer Rentals website (the “Site”) and rent trailers and related equipment. By accessing, booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or our services.

Services Offered: The Site provides trailer and equipment rentals. All rentals are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits, Reservations, and Payments: A deposit may be required to reserve a trailer. Deposits are refundable only if all terms of the rental agreement are met, including timely return, proper condition, and full compliance with all policies. You authorize Central Florida Trailer Rentals to charge your payment method on file for any unpaid balances, including but not limited to damages, late fees, tolls, violations, cleaning, Loss of Use, or other charges related to your rental. If your insurance is not properly set up, becomes invalid, or prevents the trailer from being used or rented to another customer, you will forfeit your deposit and may be held responsible for any resulting loss of use or missed rental income.

Damage and Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all damage to, loss of, or theft of the trailer and any equipment during the rental period, regardless of fault. This includes responsibility for repair costs, replacement value, Loss of Use, Diminished Value, and any resulting missed rentals. Failure to properly complete required pre- and post-rental inspections, including clear photo documentation, will result in you being held fully responsible for any damage identified after the rental period.

Use and Restrictions: You agree to operate the trailer safely and within all legal limits. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: overloading, excessive speed, transporting illegal or hazardous materials, misuse, operation by unauthorized drivers, or any unlawful activity. Violations may result in additional charges, termination of the rental, and legal action.

Availability: All trailers are subject to availability. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific trailer at any time.

Late Returns and Loss of Use: Late returns will be charged at the full daily rental rate. If your delay or damage causes the trailer to be unavailable for subsequent rentals, you agree to pay for all resulting lost rental income.

Equipment and "As-is" Condition: All trailers and equipment are provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS,” with no warranties, express or implied. You assume all risk associated with use, including equipment failure.

Property and Yard Use: You assume all risk while on our premises. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles, including tire damage from nails, debris, or other hazards, or for any personal injury or property damage occurring on the property. No children or pets are allowed in the yard and must remain inside the vehicle at all times. You are responsible for securing the property gate upon entry and exit. Failure to do so may result in deposit forfeiture and liability for any resulting theft or damages.

Tracking and Monitoring: Trailers may be equipped with GPS tracking devices for security and operational purposes, including speed monitoring. By using our services, you consent to such tracking. Tampering with tracking devices may result in penalties and additional charges.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your use of the Site or rental services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Florida Trailer Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or rental services.

Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, along with any rental agreement executed at the time of rental, constitute the entire agreement between you and Central Florida Trailer Rentals.
